The deed/preliminary purchase and sale agreement will only be executed with the winning bidder, and the assignment of the contractual position is not permitted; 11. The remaining balance of the sale price will be settled at the time of the execution of the deed/DPA of purchase and sale, by bank check or certified check payable to the Insolvency Estate or alternatively by bank transfer to the account of the insolvency estate 5 days in advance; 12.
