I was losing whole evenings to spreadsheets.

I invest in Portuguese real estate. For every listing worth a second look, I'd open a dozen tabs, copy prices into Excel, rebuild the same pivot tables, re-check the IMT brackets, guess at the Airbnb occupancy, squint at the photos. Two to four hours per property — just to decide whether it deserved a viewing.

A free account (email + magic-link sign-in, no password to remember) is required to track your usage and unlock paid tiers. The Freemium tier itself is free forever — no credit card needed.
