Which Portuguese listings does Atlas work with?

Atlas accepts any Portuguese property listing URL — paste it into the bar at the top of the page and Atlas captures and parses it automatically. There is no plugin to install, nothing to download. How does Atlas calculate transaction costs?

Atlas applies the 2026 Portuguese fiscal scale automatically: IMT progressive brackets (with the primary-residence reduction when relevant), Imposto do Selo at 0.8 %, notary, Registo Predial and standard bank-mortgage fees. The total fee burden updates in real time as you change the price or the down-payment percentage.
